Refund policy

If your COBB or accessory has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

COBB Grill NZ is not liable for covering return costs for customers who have ordered the wrong product or have changed their mind about a product purchase. If the product is unused, packaging not opened or damaged, and is in full resell-able condition, then we can accept a return of the product. A refund will be sent once the product has been received and inspection has confirmed product is in full resell-able condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee. 

Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of receipt at COBB Grill NZ from the return shipper. Refund processing includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
