Shipping policy

$10 Shipping on all NZ orders. Delivery times are between 3-4 business days for non-rural addresses. For rural address, there may be additional delivery delays.

We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods, timelines and locations should their delivery address be remote or to cancel the order if the delivery is not feasible.

Additional Shipping Protection: If your product is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Reach out to the team within 5 days. Shipping protection is only for orders in transit and ends once delivered with P.O.D.
